This collection is designed for a couple who would like the luxury of having all the details professionally taken care of from start to finish with precision and great care. From a bride who has so many ideas & no idea where to start or a busy couple who simply doesn’t have the time to play & coordinate the wedding of their dreams. 

We will set up a complimentary initial consultation. We’ll ask about your style, vision for the wedding & what design & planning services you need. All proposals are individually customized based on your needs. We take into consideration each element to formulate a tailored plan.

Pre-Wedding

3 Planning Meetings (including an initial complimentary consultation)

 Vendor Recommendations

 Assistance with determining colour scheme, theme, & style of wedding

 Assistance with concept design of floral, linen & other décor

 Assist in venue meetings when available

 Vendor communication

 Prepare estimated budget & guide couple to ensure they remain on budget

 2-3 venue walk throughs and consultation

Create venue floor plan & Layout

 Development & management of wedding day timeline for Bridal party & vendors

 Scheduling & coordination with vendors on arrival times, set up details, event logistics & all timeline specifics

Confirm vendors one week before wedding day

 Wedding rehearsal coordination and management

 Wedding Day

 12 hours onsite coordination

 Ceremony

 Bride & Groom emergency kit

 Meet vendors at site for deliveries & setup

 Assist with ceremony design & setup

 Set up personal ceremony décor

 Distribution of bouquets and pinning on of boutonnieres & corsages

 Distribute ring pillow & flower baskets

 Coordinate with Officiant

 Check that marriage license & rings are present for ceremony

Help Bride into Gown (if needed)

Line up & cuing of bridal party & musicians during the ceremony

Instruct ushers on family seating & timing

Assist Bride, Groom & Wedding Party to reception

Reception

 Oversee reception setup & tear down

 Review reception schedule with venue

Set up bridal table & cake table for desired items (cake knives, toasting flutes, etc.)

Set up personal reception décor

Oversee all reception décor & design details

Lay out all place cards, table numbers & favours

Greet guests at reception & offer any necessary directions or instructions

Coordinate bridal party entry & lineup for announcements at reception

Maintain & coordinate the agenda & timeline of evening

Provide Bride & Groom VIP services

Cue bride & groom, bridal party & parents for special events

Coordination of grand exit

Handle any last minute emergencies

Teardown personal décor

Distribute final Payments

Arrange for gifts & ceremony/reception items to be moved from reception to design
